To breathe new life into the Central Business District and building upon the proposed linear greenbelt that runs through the project site and located at the forecourt to the adjoining convention center, China Grand Jinan emerges. Blending nature and urban life into a vibrant and active destination, and a memorable dynamic and experiential environment, a new urban paradigm brings man and nature together, while also celebrating the rich culture and natural characteristics of historical Jinan with its wonderful waterscapes and rolling topography. The Grand Central Gardens is the heart of this new District - the central communal space within the project and the Major focal point of the region.

Integrated around the Central Gardens are the more Public Uses - the Shopping Arcade, Culture, Hotels and Wellness, and Nighttime Entertainment. The perimeter offers the community transitions to Soho Apartments, Residential, and Landmark Office Tower - providing privacy for the local users and reinforcing the community’s street life. This “Walkable City” is motivated by the rich culture of its host city, a respect for nature and a philosophy that emphasizes the physical and spiritual wellbeing for all who come to live, work or play - a place to be visit and enjoy, throughout the year, for all.
