When the World Market Center design was revealed to The Related Companies Chairman Stephen Ross, he complimented the complex as “the most beautiful windowless buildings that he has ever seen.”

With a very tight budget, we designed to make the most out of the least. World Market Center’s Design delivered on this principle, with a collage of three geometric buildings (essentially three giant shoe boxes, yet beautiful shoe boxes!), juxtaposed around the Central Plaza.

World Market Center totals over 12 million square feet, becoming the largest Home and Hospitality Showroom Complex in the world. The Complex Design delivers a new, compelling and exciting experience for the industry’s fully integrated state-of-the-art showroom campus. These integrated shapes and forms create an architectural style that artfully and creatively illustrates the industry that it showcases. World Market Center has become a new Landmark focal point and cornerstone for the redevelopment of Downtown Las Vegas.
