Where land meets water, Northstar Developement pays homage to both. Extending the waterfront up and into the project, outdoor dining areas, landscape terraces, amphitheater, and cultural walk captivate the magnificent views of the Xiangjiang River. The curvilinear residential towers introduce a more Western living lifestyle and creates riverfront views for all of the units, and also symbolically reinforce the fluidity and movement of water and billowing sails along the river.

The Interior Shopping Arcade extends outward onto the al fresco dining terraces. The Grand Central Court hosts the hub of the entertainment district and Live Performances. The Six Star Hotel, Class AA Office Tower and Modern Residential Living create a compelling mixed-use model for Urban Life, and together form an iconic image, along the waterfront, for Changsha City.
